Reinitiate Position In Royale Energy (ROYL) Here @ $7.40...

We believe the stock has bottomed here, and are looking for the next upleg to begin today or tomorrow. Natural gas prices remain firm with a strong bias to the upside. We also have a $4M round of financing out of the way, and we are now looking for news on new nat gas wells or the Uinta Basin to launch us to the upside.

Thanks so much, entry at 7.48. Made my day a lot better.

Can you guide us on any possible exit points?

Much Thanks,

Morgan

This upleg should take us to new highs. Watch for news soon. Don't worry I will let you know when I sell here...but as of now my $15-20 target is still in tact.

Sweet, when do you think your book will be published?

Thanks again

It's coming along great, but I want it to be perfect so it should be done by next year. Thank you for asking :)

NOS...is 8.30 still a good entry point or should I wait for a pull back?

Nostradamus said...

All I will say is I believe the stock is going much higher. Not sure if the stock will pullback or not. Momentum is definitely making its way back to low float energy so i think the pressure is to the upside.

Just realized you are on PST.
Thanks Nostra

I am in absolute awe of your calls.

NOS, you are the best on the internet. Before we buy your book, can you teach us how you use moving averages and chart patterns to get in right before parbolic moves? You've been right 80% of the time now, that is one impressive track record.

BAM!!! smack those shorts right in the face with a break over 9.

Unknown said...

NOS are we still holding at these levels are have you taken some off the table?

Nostradamus said...

Still holding, notice that even with Oil prices very red today, natural gas is making new highs. Money moving out of Oil into Nat Gas. Looking for a super spike in nat gas soon.

Unknown said...

NOS any take on the price action today? Weak into the close.

Nostradamus said...

Just due to overall mkt volatility, we remain long as we believe the stock is still undervalued. Watch for new highs in Oil and Nat Gas tomorrow.

Thanks NOS!

Nostradamus, thanks for sharing your research and recommendations, much appreciated here. If this reaches 15-20, will you still be holding some after? I'm looking for your thoughts regarding Nat Gas in December 2008, still as strong and/or at new record highs? Thanks.

NOS is ROYL being on the Naked Short list, good news or bad news?

BUYINS.NET, www.buyins.net, announced today that these select companies have been added to the NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE naked short threshold list: Royale Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: ROYL), Towerstream Corp. (NASDAQ: TWER), CoroWare Inc. (OTCBB: CROE), Intrepid Technology & Resources Inc. (OTCBB: ITRP), Quest Minerals & Mining Corp. New (OTCBB: QMNM), Shotgun Energy Corp. (OTCBB: SGNE)
With 7.92 million shares outstanding and 9,600 shares declared short as of May 2008, there is a failure to deliver in shares of ROYL.

Susan we are waiting to hear exactly how much probable reserves lie in Royale's Utah acreage to better assess a more accurate price target. If it comes in as much as we think it is, our price target will be set much higher than $15-20. Keep in mind that Utah is just a huge cherry on top for Royale. They continue to increase production by putting new wells online outside of Utah, and remain completely unhedged which means they are reaping major rewards with nat gas prices hitting new highs. We think Nat Gas prices are heading to the $15-17 level and continue to think Royale is absolutley the best small cap nat gas play out there right now.

Eric, almost every small cap that makes a run ends up on the naked short list. We love the fundamentals here and welcome shorts as it will only make the run much stronger.

"brownout" - forbes.com
A spike in electricity is coming.
The article points to cost of coal and natural gas out of the ground is going up. Though I would share. Odd the article has a post date of 06-30-08

Thanks for helping me pay a few bills this week.

Can't wait for the next pick - you are awesome!

NOS,

First, your track record is amazing and is the key reason I entered into a position with this stock. However, my 9.10 entry point still leaves me at a loss up to this point...I'm getting a bit jittery about this one! Tell me I didn't make a mistake on this one...

Thanks for the response, good to hear. What do you think of the coming week? Nat Gas moves with Oil sometimes and sometimes not. Due to G8 this weekend (waiting for Saudi's comments on Sunday too) and strengthening Dollar next week, I think Oil retreats temporarily the week of June 16th. I'm not sure Nat Gas will follow, do you have a handle I'm missing?

NOS the SEC is moving to update oil and gas reserves accounting rules http://tinyurl.com/5cqze9
What is your input on the rules, currently suggested, potential impact on the oil and gas industries and will the new rules initiate increases in fails to deliver ? Thank you

Labrian said...

NOS here is a link to a more in depth article on the SEC' proposed oil and gas reserves accounting rules. http://tinyurl.com/5rvuad

Would appreciate a look see and thoughts. Thanks again

Nostradamus said...

Peter don't worry $9.10 is an ok entry, we are looking for new highs soon.

Nostradamus said...

Susan, nat gas has shown significant relative strength vs. oil recently. we believe money is slowly working its way out of crude and into nat gas. $15-17 is inevitable in our opinion.

Nostradamus said...

labrian those are interesting articles thanks. not sure how these new rules will effect prices in energy stocks but we guess they would likely have positive impacts due to better transparency.

that Harry Hosmer sold 200K worth of stock,

is this a bad thing or could it be normal? Its not the first time he's sold a lump of shares.. maybe its no cause for alarm?

Nostradamus said...

no big deal, Harry owns over 700K shares and collectively the Hosmers still own ~30% of the company. Theyve sold shares in the $2s back n April. No big deal for them to sell a tiny bit of shares on a big run, its normal. They're still holding the vast majority of their shares which is a good sign. this is no big deal at all.
